Voicemail – Recording greetings

Group mailbox. Record by dialing *72 2468 3 to access greeting prompts. (Group mailboxes start at *72 for the main hunt group)

Personal voice mail. Recording is done via each users handset. Press the Mailbox button to activate the on screen menu, scroll down to Greetings and then record your personal voice mail greeting.

Announcement greetings. Dialing *91200# to access the announcement greeting menu from the main handset (usually extn 100/101) Follow the prompts to record the greeting.

This information is based on Plexus Communications configuration of Avaya phone systems. If you are an existing customer with an Avaya installed by someone else, this might not work.
