Access to ‘myReports’
To access ‘myReports’ go to myreports.uceclipse.com and enter your username and password. Contact us if you require password assistance.
‘myReports’ provides valuable insights for business owners and management by providing call reports for inbound and outbound calls which can be filtered at an extension or group/department level. Reports can be produced on an ad-hoc basis or automatically scheduled and sent via email.
Access to ‘myRecordings’
To access ‘myRecordings’ go to myrecordings.uceclipse.com and enter your username and password. Contact us if you require password assistance.
To access and play recordings:
- On the “Search” section, select the date range of the required recordings. You may want to choose specific days or use the quick date selection for standard periods.
- If useful, use the additional filters to specify the caller or the duration of the calls.
- Click the play button to listen to a call recording.
