Samsung – Using the Page function

Page through Internal Handset Speakers

To make an announcement through all extension speakers:

1. Lift your handpiece. Press the Page button (if programmed) or dial 55
2. Dial the desired zone number (1-4) or 0 for all Internal zones
3. After the attention tone, make your announcement
4. Replace your handpiece

Page through External Speakers

If your system has external speakers attached, to make an announcement via these speakers:

1. Lift your handpiece. Press the Page button (if programmed) or dial 55
2. Dial the desired external zone number (5-8) or 9 for all external zones
3. After the attention tone, make your announcement
4. Replace your handpiece

Page through all Internal Handset Speakers and External Speakers

1. Lift your handpiece. Press the Page button (if programmed) or dial 55
2. Dial * for all Internal and External zones
3. After the attention tone, make your announcement
4. Replace your handpiece

Speak to Me Page

If you wish to page an individual and also speak to them:

1. Lift your handpiece. Dial 54
2. Dial the desired zone number
   1. (1-4) or 0 for all Internal zones
   2. (5-8) or 9 for all external zones
   3. * for all Internal and External zones
3. After the attention tone, make your announcement advising the person to dial 56
4. Press Wait or Transfer
5. Do not replace your handpiece until the person has dialled 56. They will automatically be connected to you.
6. Replace your handpiece when complete
