Samsung – Answering another Extension or Group Remotely

Group Call Answer

Group Calls are programmed by your technician and cause 2 or more extensions to ring when a certain number is dialled by an outside caller.

If your extension is not part of the group but you need to answer a call, left your handpiece or press the Speaker button then dial 66 plus the desired group call number (01-20)

Extension Remote Answer

To answer a call that is ringing at an extension other than your own, lift your handpiece or press the Speaker button then dial 65 plus the extension number you wish to answer.
